Stan Scott, Managing Partner, is a founding partner. Stan has a broad range of industry and consulting experience. He has special expertise leading companies who provide a combination of design, manufacturing, and services. In addition, Stan is a seasoned executive coach and mentor.
Most recently, Mr. Scott was with E&Y and then Capgemini, a large management consulting firm. He had responsibility that included sales, marketing, delivery, and the development of thought leadership. Among other roles and titles, Mr. Scott was the Aerospace Sector Lead for Capgemini’s Service and Parts Management Practice.
From 1995 to 2000, Mr. Scott managed a supply chain operation for GE Aircraft Engine Services. He led a complex, multi-site, end-to-end supply chain group in a highly matrix-managed organization. Here he developed vision and direction, and implemented strategy for the end-to-end Supply Chain, eliminating waste while driving changes to drive customer excellence.
Prior to GE, Mr. Scott was with LTV starting in 1985 during the acquisition of LTV by The Carlyle Group and the later the sale to Northrop Grumman. While with LTV and then Northrop Grumman he led cross-functional teams and time sensitive projects in both commercial and military aircraft applications. One such project was the start up of the new Aircraft Door Center. He left Northrop Grumman in 1995 to take a larger role at GE.
Mr. Scott has holds a B.A. from Azusa Pacific University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
