  • All functions were duplicative in the 5 companies and Procurement was the first to integrate

Project Scope:

  • Integrate Procurement under a center-led structure
  • Provide interim leadership Chief Procurement Officer (CPO)
  • Reduce cost through strategic sourcing

Project Outcomes:

  • Achieved cost reductions totaling $20m in annualized savings
  • Implemented savings of over $10m/year by project week 20
  • Improved spend management, RFx process, contract management, P2P, and Supplier performance
  • Established Category Management processes in conjunction with Key Performance Indicators at Site and central Purchasing Functions
  • Redesigned and implemented center-led organization
  • Assessed incumbent staff and upskill retained incumbent
  • Developed an Implementation Roadmap
