Design and implement Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning at the Client’s automotive and aerospace divisions
Project Outcomes:
Increased demand plan (forecast) accuracy from 47% to 65% and reduced inventory inventory by 9% during the term of the project, with apparatus in place for additional improvement
